By accessing our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours, sizing and images accurately. However:

Colours may vary due to screen settings.
Measurements may vary slightly (±1–2cm).
Fit may differ based on body type.

HeraActive shall not be liable for dissatisfaction due to fit preference or personal expectations.

3. Pricing & Modifications

All prices are listed in SGD and may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue products at any time
Limit quantities
Refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

4. Payments & Fraud Prevention

Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store card information.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders flagged as high-risk or fraudulent
Request identity verification before fulfilling an order

Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation.

5. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Once your order has been handed to the courier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

HeraActive is not responsible for:

Courier delays
Lost parcels due to incorrect address
Customs delays or fees
Failed delivery attempts

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective:

Leggings
Skorts
Shorts
Sports bra
Worn items

Returned items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In original packaging
Free from stains, scent, or damage

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method only.

7. Product Use & Assumption of Risk

HeraActive products are designed for general fitness and lifestyle wear.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge:

Physical exercise carries inherent risk.
You are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for your activity level.
HeraActive is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from misuse or improper care.
