RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At HeraActive, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. 14-Day Easy Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging

We kindly ask that items are free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks or scent.


2. Hygiene & Intimates Policy

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale unless defective:

• Intimates

• Bra inserts

• Shapewear

We appreciate your understanding as this helps protect all our customers 🤍


3. Exchanges (Sizing Support)

Not sure about sizing? We’ve got you.

We offer one-time size exchange per order (subject to stock availability).

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to you (Singapore only).


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the item does not meet return conditions, we may decline the refund.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
